KIN 1006 - Fitness Component: Flexibility Credits: 2 Students examine the multiple facets that comprise the fitness component of flexibility. Students develop knowledge of the health benefits of flexibility, test flexibility, design flexibility programs, and identify multiple methods of flexibility including, but not limited to static, dynamic, active, passive, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF).
Prerequisite: Previous or concurrent enrollment in PEAC 1295 .
