CRMJ 2420 - Juvenile Justice Credits: 3 Students examine the system of justice for those under age 18. Topics include an analysis of the various models of the system, the decision to call the police, police discretion involving delinquents, juvenile court philosophy and process, prevention, and diversion from the juvenile justice system.
Prerequisite: Completion of or concurrent enrollment in CRMJ 2120 or instructor approval.
