SLPA 1605 - Adult Communication Disorders

Students examine adult neurogenic communication disorders including aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia, right hemisphere disorders, dementia, and traumatic brain injury. Students also identify and practice the speech and language treatment techniques used to treat these disorders. This course is offered in the spring semester

Prerequisite: Completion of SLPA 1511.
