KIN 2237 - Strength & Conditioning for Sport I Credits: 3 This is the first of a two course sequence. Students are introduced to the principles and techniques of strength and conditioning for sport. Students are given opportunities to put theory into practice by using the appropriate tools to design and implement strength training programs for athletes. Key training methodologies will include training for strength, speed, endurance, agility, flexibility, and plyometrics.
