RESP 2985 - Respiratory Seminar

This is a comprehensive summation of the Respiratory Therapy Program. Students prepare for successful completion of the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) examination for the Registered Respiratory Therapist credential. Students will develop and refine the analytical and test-taking skills necessary for passing the NBRC credentialing examinations. Students will be required to pass a comprehensive exam based on the NBRC matrix for current board testing. Students will present comprehensive case studies and participate in group activities that will integrate skills, knowledge and professionalism in respiratory therapy practice. Course Fee: $190.00 This course is offered in the spring semester.

Prerequisite: Completion of RESP 2507.
