FDSC 2470 - Food Science Internship Credits: 5 Students engage in supervised work experience in a meat science-related business or production operation with an emphasis on technical and employable skill development. Students employ academic knowledge in real-world applications. Students are immersed in the industry and network with leaders. Through the experience, students develop a skill set and resume for future employment in the industry.
Prerequisite: Completion of or concurrent enrollment in FDSC 2395 and instructor consent.
