LEGL 2650 - Criminal Law and Procedure Credits: 3 Students demonstrate knowledge of statutory and common law crimes, including criminal law theory and the construction and interpretation of criminal law statutes. Students draft motions, prepare orders, and learn to interview criminal clients and to provide other office support necessary in criminal law practice.
Prerequisite: Completion of LEGL 1500 or permission of instructor.
