GEOL 1200 - History of Earth

Students learn to infer geologic history through careful study of fossils, rocks, and geologic structures. Students examine the theory of the origin of life, organic evolution, plate tectonics, and the evolution of Earth’s continents, oceans, and climate. Students use geologists’ techniques and methods in the pursuit of scientific inquiry.Course Fees: $75.00Credits: 4
