LEGL 2550 - Evidence and Investigation Students demonstrate skills in interviewing clients and witnesses and locating information necessary when preparing a case for trial. Students apply the basic state and federal rules governing the admissibility of evidence and acquire skills in preparing and handling evidence for courtroom use. Students prepare a variety of pre-trial documents. Because both LEGL 2500 and LEGL 2550 cover various aspects of the civil litigation process, students are strongly encouraged to take these courses in consecutive semesters.Credits: 3 Prerequisite: Completion of LEGL 1500 and LEGL 1710.
