LEGL 2680 - Administrative Law

Students develop an understanding of the principles of administrative law, administrative remedies, and administrative hearing procedures in various state and federal governmental agencies. Topics include social security, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), workers’ compensation, as well as other areas of administrative law. The course focuses on several practical problems in areas where paralegals frequently are employed.Credits: 3
Prerequisite: Completion of or concurrent enrollment in LEGL 1500 or instructor consent.
