EQST 1605 - Equine Facilities Management

This course is designed to educate students in safe and effective equine facilities management. Students will explore equine facility design, record keeping, employee management, and conflict resolution. Areas of evaluation are safety, horse handling, horse husbandry, facility management, and professionalism. Students will have the opportunity to take the Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA) in Equine Facility Management (EFM) Certification Exam. Course Fees: $225.00Credits: 2
