MGT 1200 - Intro to Human Resources Management Credits: 3 Students obtain knowledge of the components of human resource management. Major areas of focus are human behavior, human resource planning, job analysis and design, employee assistance programs, wage and salary administration, performance appraisal system, collective bargaining, and labor law.
Prerequisite: Completion of ENGL 810 or equivalent placement.
