WTT 2400 - Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution Credits: 3 Students identify and explain the Occupational Health and Safety Administration and National Fire Protection Agency requirements as well as the risks and hazards associated with working on high voltage systems. Students apply three-phase electrical power generation characteristics to utility-scale transformers, relays, capacitors, switchgear, and related components for common configurations.
Prerequisite: Completion of WTT 1300 and WTT 2500 .
