CSEC 1540 - Incident Response

Credits: 3
Students detect how and when data breaches occurred, identify compromised and affected systems,and determine what data attackers took or changed. In addition, students perform containment and remediation of incidents, and research threat intelligence.

Prerequisite: Completion of CSEC 1500 or current CompTIA Security certification or instructor consent.
