LEGL 1710 - Legal Research and Writing I Credits: 3 Students explore legal research techniques and methods used in the practice of law, including electronic legal research. The course is designed to develop skills in legal reasoning, identifying and effectively using legal resources, and writing basic legal memoranda.
Prerequisite: Completion of or concurrent enrollment in LEGL 1500 or instructor approval.
