MUSC 1410 - Vocal Ensemble (Cantorei)

Membership in this chamber vocal ensemble is by audition, and all students with a background in singing are encouraged to audition. Students are exposed to a variety of choral music and will work to perform at a highly polished level, learn to sing in languages other than English, and will learn to sight sing new music. Knowledge of other languages and excelling at sight singing is not required to audition. This group may be involved in some limited touring within the state and region. May be repeated eight times for credit.

Corequisite: Concurrent enrollment in MUSC 1400 and instructor consent.
