PEAT 1890 - Athletic Conditioning I Credits: 1 This is the first course in a four course progression. Students engage in sport-specific conditioning that may include weight lifting, plyometrics, sprints, interval workouts, cross-training, or other sport-based workouts. Students acquire skills and drills specific to a sport. Instructor permission required.
