Prior to Program Application

Students must complete the following prior to program application. The Dental Hygiene program awards various points on the application for successful completion of the required observation forms as well as course and cumulative GPA. Students considering applying to the Dental Hygiene program should closely review the program application for specific information and work closely with their Advising Team.
