The Spanish in the Workplace Credit Diploma is designed for students and professionals who need to acquire a basic to intermediate level of speaking Spanish as it relates to the workplace. This program will give these students the much-needed ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking community members as well as understand their needs and cultural backgrounds.

Competencies
Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:
- Interpret written language on topics in the workplace.
- Engage in workplace conversations.
- Interpret information and diverse perspectives that are available through the language and its cultures related to different workplace settings.
- Identify differences between the culture studied and the students’ native culture as they relate to the workplace.
- Interpret spoken language on topics in the workplace.
