MATH 2120 - Geometry and Measurement for Elementary School Teachers Credits: 3 This is the third of a three-course sequence involving a study of the mathematics necessary for teaching basic arithmetic to elementary school students. In this course students develop spatial reasoning. Successful students demonstrate knowledge of geometric objects and their relationships and use geometry, measurement, and estimation in problem solving.
Prerequisite: Completion of MATH 1100 and concurrent enrollment in EDEL 2410 .
