KIN 2247 - Strength & Conditioning for Sport II Credits: 3 This is the second of a two course sequence. Students will continue to build upon principles and techniques of strength and conditioning for sport. Students will design and implement programs for specific sports. Students will be given opportunities to put theory into practice by using the appropriate tools to design and implement effective training programs. Key training methodologies will include training for strength, speed, endurance, agility, flexibility, and plyometrics. This course is offered in the spring semester.
Prerequisite: Completion of KIN 2237 .
