LEGL 2500 - Civil Procedure and Litigation Credits: 3 A continuation of LEGL 2550 . A study of the litigation process, including the Federal and Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure. Students acquire skills in performing the functions and duties of a legal assistant in the litigation process, including the drafting of documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and trial notebooks.
Prerequisite: Completion of LEGL 1500 and LEGL 1710 , or permission of instructor.
